How do I exchange an item ?


In order to exchange a product you may return it in person to our store or send it us by courier or post. Address on Contact page.




Can I return a gift


You may return a gift in person at our retail store in exchange for a voucher which may be used within one year.




Product Recall Proceedure.


Dolce Verre will pay all costs involed in a product recall situation. A full refund will be issued immeaditely.




Gift receipt policy.


When making in store purchase we would highly recommend asking for a gift receipt. This makes exchange of any item seamless.
